AeroFlite Supplier PO Terms & Conditions
AeroFlite’s approval and payment for purchased product, service, processes or equipment is subject to quality inspection acceptance, monitoring and control.
Supplier must be AeroFlite approved and the equipment, processes, and personnel qualified as applicable to the product, process or service and be customer designated or customer approved (e.g. end user).
Supplier must maintain a calibration and inspection or QMS as previously approved by AeroFlite or by 3rd party certifiers.
Positive identification of current part number, drawing number, specification, process requirements, inspection instructions and, or other relevant technical data will be documented prior to the release of products and services.
Design and development control requirements for testing and, or inspection criteria for acceptance of related special processes, critical, or key characteristics, instructions will be provided as applicable.
Test, inspection, production methods, special storage conditions, instructions for shelf life, safety, and verification performed on the premises will be provided as applicable.
Supplier shall notify AeroFlite and identify nonconforming product, process or material.
Supplier shall notify AeroFlite of any changes in product or process and where required obtain approval as applicable. Submit Delta First Articles as require per AS9102.
Right of access shall be granted to AeroFlite, our customer and regulatory authorities to all facilities involved in this order and to all records applicable.
Supplier must flow down to sub-tier suppliers the applicable requirements in their purchase orders, including any key characteristics where required.
Calibration suppliers must certify in accordance with MIL-STD-45662A and or ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 compliance including NIST traceability listings of calibration standards used.
Supplier must provide materials in compliance with DFARS Clause 252.225-7014 Alt 1.
Supplier must maintain and retain all applicable quality records for 15 years unless otherwise specified in writing. No Records Disposal without AeroFlite approval per AS9100.
WARNING: This PO may contain technical data, transmission of which is restricted by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) 22CFR, parts 120 to 130. Or EAR, 15CFR parts 730 to 772, and therefore should not be disclosed to a non-U.S. person, or entity, in the U.S. or abroad. Disclosure to foreign persons without prior U.S. government approval is prohibited. Violations of these export laws and regulations are subject to severe civil and criminal penalties.
“Notify AeroFlite for approval of changes in suppliers, products, or processes, change of manufacturing facility location or subcontracting of work.” Submit First Articles per AS9102.
Suppliers must ensure to defend against any possibility of providing counterfeit parts or materials Per SAE AS55553, AS9100 and ASQR-01.
Suppliers must comply to the current SQAR-01 / NIST SP 800-53 / DFAR 252.225-7014
Supplier’s employees must be made aware of their contribution to product or service quality conformity, safety, and the importance of ethical behavior.
